Yes, this is an artist colony I’ve been lucky enough to visit on a residency, and now they’ve asked me to hold a workshop on the gorgeous, gorgeous campus in the Northern California mountains. Please feel free to email me at nova[at]novaren[dot]com with any questions or ask in the comments!

  1. This sounds so amazing!! To anyone considering applying, Nova is a crazy awesome, generous, and brilliant teacher/critiquer. I took one of her mediabistro writing classes and she gave so much, not only to my, but to the whole class’s manuscripts.

This is an awesome opportunity and if you have the money, you should go for it! ❤

  2. I agree with Courtney! We were in the same class, and Nova exceeded my expectations. Cannot say enough good things about her as a human being, a teacher, and a write. Some of us from the Mediabistro class are conspiring to attend this if we can swing it.
